Installation Method

1.1Note: This equipment is assembled already and only need to fix the equipment on the installation site in accordance with the following requirements.
1.2 Site requirements: venue is required to stay away from EN 1176 playground or similar device, the top and surrounding must not have hazardous materials such as wire and so on through; basic ground should be higher than the other road or plane, in order to prevent flooding, sand soaked buried; underground less than 2m can not have a variety of pipeline facilities and communication lines. Keep away from flammable, explosive and toxic and hazardous items. Horizontal distance is away from all kinds of office buildings, residential and various Church House tubes should not less than 5m; venue should be fully hardened to prevent breakage, deformation sinking, and flat should be appropriate.
1.3, The construction method: Before construction, should survey surface and underground: Geological structure in the depth of less than 800mm should be Class II ordinary hard soil non-porous and non-sandy loam type of geological structure which tightened coefficient (f) is not less than 0.7. Otherwise, the soil should be treated equivalent. Be careful not to damage titles from floor, in order to recover and use after finished pouring embedded part. 
A> Devices collision zone minimum size is 2200X800 (mm), a least 5200mm * 3800mm 300mm deep bunker is required to dug around the area of the instrument collisions (including collision zone).
B> To dig a crypt in accordance with the requirements and size (500 * 500 * 550mm) of the drawing;
C> Pouring 100mm deep concrete into the crypt bottom, then use the four homemade mold M16 embedded parts into which (pitch dimensions at right), use a ratio of 1:2:3.5 concrete (cement grade should not be less than NO.325) to cast, then smooth. Observe the verticality between ground and emended part and ensure their safety, robustness. The embedded parts above ground should be between 55-60 mm. After pouring, when the concrete surface is hardened then removed molds for timely recovery and keeping the original ground level is required (use concrete make original floor flat). After work finished in 24 hours and let people take care, to prevent others from using the touch.    
D> After the concrete, make equipment and embedded parts connected,use 8pieces M16 nuts and 8 pieces M16 flat washers fastening respectively (installation method as above picture showing). After installation, firstly check the verticality between equipment and installation ground, requiring vertical tolerance is less than 1/100. Then fasten all bolts and nuts, check the rotating parts are flexible or not, if not, adjust immediately .After everything is ok, fit the hood with M8 * 25 hex screws

A This depends on how large the project is and whether you require a full 3D design pack. Simple quotations can be retumed with 48 hours if required, however we like to make sure the design is exactly right and a full proposal pack will usually take 2-3 weeks to put together.
