1. Payment Terms ?
30% T/T for deposit, 70% T/T for balance .
2. Delivery Time ?
25 days for a 20GP,30 days for a 40HQ.

For one year , we can offer some easy broken spare parts free.
4.Do you offer a free design, consultation and playground equipment design?
Yes! if you are considerng a new school playground or fitness equipment andplayground equipment for a holiday park or visitor attraction, one of our playground advisors will come to see you, assess the area and discuss with you the different types of playground equipment we can offer. The playground advisor will then sit down withour design team and put together a full proposal including 3D design, productspecification and quotation for you.
5. How long will l have to wait for my design and quotation?
This depends on how large the project is and whether you require a full 3D designpack. Simple quotations can be retumed with 48 hours if required, however we like tomake sure the design is exactly night and a full proposal pack will usually take 2-3weeks to put together
6. Can you help us to secure funding for the project?
Yes! We are pleased to be able to offer funding supportto community groups, schoolsand charities, and would provide a dedicated funding expert to help you. They have awealth of experence in securing fund for all types of organisations.
7.Are there different ways to layout your gym?
By grouping the outdoor gym equipmentinto one gym zone you can create a greatsocial gym park. This is better suited for group workouts, easier to maintain and idealfor smaller parks Aranging the gym equipmentinto smaller groups around your parkhelps to revitalise areas of your park and encourages more timid residents to use theoutdoor gym equipment. Locating the equipment along a trail offers the possibility ofusing the equipment as part of a jog or walk between each station.
8.What kind of ground surface can the outdoor gym equipment be installed into?
Our equipment can be installed into cement, tammac and into level grass areas
9.Can we just order the equipment and notinstallation?
Yes, you can purchase our equipment on a 'supply-only' basis. We can provideinstallation guides and supportto help assist you with the installation process.
10.Do we need planning permission to install outdoor gym equipment?
In nearly all cases not, but check with your local authority to be sure.
